I never expected to become a fertility coach, but sometimes our deepest pain leads us to our greatest purpose.
That experience opened my eyes to a massive gap in women's healthcare. We're expected to navigate one of the most emotionally challenging journeys of our lives with virtually no support, education, or clear direction beyond medical interventions.
That's when I knew I had to do something different.
I'm a certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and I'm currently completing advanced education in holistic nutrition and fertility coaching. This unique combination allows me to approach fertility from both a scientific and holistic perspective.
I understand the physiology of conception, the impact of nutrition on hormone production, and how environmental factors affect our reproductive health. But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to wonder if you're meant to be a mom and to desperately want someone to just tell you what actually works.
Up to 80% of fertility issues may be related to lifestyle and environmental factors
What conventional medicine ignores:
• Proper nutrition can improve egg quality in as little as 3-4 months
• Reducing toxic load can significantly impact hormone function
• Targeted lifestyle changes can optimize natural conception
