What’s the first step?

The first step depends on each individual client. Each woman has challenges in different areas of fertility. What may be difficult for you, may not be difficult for someone else. During our free, initial call together, we will discuss your current lifestyle and define the specific obstacles that may be affecting you the most. And together we will decide what your first step is and what your path through this program looks like.

How do my personal care products (shampoo/conditioner, perfume, etc.) impact my fertility?

Most conventional personal care products (and other household products) contain several ingredients that can be altering our hormones and therefore negatively impacting our fertility. These ingredients include but are not limited to: perfume/parfum/fragrance, PFAS, BPA, phthalates, dioxins, triclosan, etc. Each assault on our body by each of these ingredients from multiple products throughout the day all have a cumulative effect on our hormones and our fertility. Through this program, we will discuss each ingredient more in-depth to learn why they are altering our hormones and fertility, identify what products our exposures are coming from, and what options we have to reduce that exposure.

What lab tests are needed? Are they included?

Lab tests are not included and may not be required for each client. As we discuss your unique situation and address areas that need improvement, if we are not seeing our desired outcome or additional concerns arise, labs can be ordered at a separate cost. How does your practice differ from other practices?

There are several ways my practice differs from other practices you may have seen or visited. First and foremost, I take a very holistic, natural-minded approach to fertility. While some assistive reproductive technologies are necessary for some women, the majority of women aren’t given the important information to conceive naturally. We will focus on reducing the many toxins through every aspect of your life and work on ways to add healthy, fertility-promoting ingredients into your life. As a coach rather than a physician, my prices will be much more affordable yet highly effective. This is information that every woman needs and deserves and I am here to provide that to as many women as possible.

I’m not ready to go “full crunchy,” will you ask me to drink raw milk or avoid vaccines?

Absolutely not! My approach is about making realistic, science-backed changed that fit into your actual life. I’m not here to overwhelm you with extreme measures - I’m here to help you make sustainable changes that support your fertility goals.

How is this different than what my doctor tells me?

I work alongside your medical team, not against them. While your doctor focuses on medical interventions, I focus on optimizing your body’s natural fertility through nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors. Think of me as filling in the gaps your medical team doesn’t have time to address.

What if I can’t stick to everything perfectly?

Perfection isn’t the goal - progress is! I’ll never drop you as a client for struggling with consistency. We’ll work together to find what works for YOUR life and your circumstances.

How long does this process take?

Every woman’s journey is different, but most clients start seeing improvements in energy, cycle regularity, and overall well-being within 3-6 months. The beautiful thing is that you’re not just optimizing for fertility - you’re building lifelong health habits.
